Both front and back graphics are produced using an imported Kornit industrial direct-to-garment printing system, delivering detailed tonal transitions, sharp artwork and strong wash resistance. A transparent protective coating helps maintain the integrity of the artwork over time.

The body uses 260G 100% cotton 16-count double-yarn jersey with a tubular, side-seam-free construction. Heavy enzyme washing and garment washing increase the finished weight to approximately 280G, while producing the faded charcoal-black appearance associated with vintage garments. Hand-finished distressed details further enhance the worn-in character.

A 300G 100% cotton 1×1 ribbed neckline provides additional structure, while vintage single-needle finishing at the sleeves and hem completes the retro construction.
